Do you support multiple languages?
Yes, we do support languages other than English – French and Spanish among many others.

Can you work with custom document layouts and email formats?
If the default templates do not meet your requirements, no worries: Our implementation team can work with you closely to get your requirements and customize the layouts for invoice, order, credit and other types of documents, as well as any email formats you may need.

How can we integrate your platforms with our existing systems?
There are many ways to make this happen. You may use our data integration service VendiAPI or we can customize a solution specifically designed for you. We have successfully established data integration with systems of all sizes, from country-specific government e-invoicing portals to accounting modules and ERP systems; SAP, Quickbooks, Sage to name a few.

Our current data is stored on basic means, such as spreadsheets. Can we load them into your system?
Certainly. Our implementation team will work on your data stored in any shape and form – Or, if you’d rather have us provide you templates, we can do that too. Whatever you feel comfortable, we will be fine!

Can we send reports or other forms of data to our vendors and key accounts on a regular basis?
You most certainly can. For starters, you may use the built-in data export tools to send the data in specific formats (e.g. CSV) in any frequency to anybody. For formats that require more customization, let us know and we will set it up immediately through our Data Extraction service. We can also send/receive data via EDI with your vendors’ or customers’ VANs if that’s what you prefer. Please tell us your requirements, and we will be happy to help.

Our system has evolved over the last two decades through many years of use at hundreds of different distributors in more than 10 countries. With countless layers of discount calculation and surcharge options and several system parameters to control the process, you can be assured that the calculations will be compliant with the rules in your country.
